The Interactive Mathematics Tools opens up an innovative way for students to use a computer
to explore and discover mathematical concepts. |
Features
- This program allows students to interact with the computer screen to manipulate
mathematical models such as cups and counters, algebra titles, fraction models, decimal models,
and statistical and coordinate graphs on the computer.
- Students are asked to reflect and write about what they have learned using the computer
manipulatives at the end of each lesson with Glencoe's unique Computer Journal.
- A Teacher's Guide provides instructions for using the software, and suggestions for classroom instruction.
