Chapter Summary
Because it is important for every communication to follow the seven Cs of effective communication, it is necessary to plan every communication. Planning your message includes determining its purpose, identifying the audience, developing the content, and organizing the message.
Whether you choose to communicate orally or in writing, the effectiveness of your communication relates directly to your understanding and application of the principles, processes, and goals of business communication.
