Chapter Summary
The volume of internal communications in business is steadily increasing. Two forms of communications, the memo and the memo report, are designed for internal communications. Both are written to communicate facts, ideas, statistics, and trends.
In Chapter 7 you learned to format memos; in Chapter 13 you will learn to write routine memos and memo reports. In today's businesses, the flow of accurate, reliable information is essential to efficient operations.
