The revision of this text focuses on meeting the needs of both the quarter and semester course unit of instruction through special menu choices in the software. The course and lesson plans are outlined in the text. This revision, therefore, is an efficient tool of study for those customers currently using the 9th Edition of Gregg College Keyboarding and Document Processing and who need additional time to build higher levels of speed and accuracy.

Features:
- Measure keyboarding speed and accuracy at the outset of the Skilibuilding program by typing the Course Entry Timing.
- Determine specific keyboarding problems by analyzing the results of the Diagnostic Tests that appear at the beginning of sections 2 and 12 of the program.
- Select appropriate Practice Lessons based on diagnostic tests, personal choice of lessons, or teacher-prescribed lessons.
- Establish a skill-improvement goal for each practice lesson by typing the Lesson Pretest.
- Provide specially designed Skillbuilding Exercises in a prescribed manner.
- Determine whether or not the practice goal has been achieved for each lesson by typing the Lesson Posttest.
- Measure overall skill-development progress at regular intervals during the Skillbuilding course by typing special Progress Check Timings and at the end of the course by typing the Course Exit Timing.
