Distance Education: WebCT®, Blackboard®, and PageOut®

Glencoe Distance Education courses are designed to run on WebCT, Blackboard, and PageOut course management systems. If your institution has not adopted one of these systems, contact your Regional Office to discuss which choice is best for you.

WebCT®
PowerPoint 2002: A Professional Approach, Comprehensive will be available on WebCT in February 2002. Follow the directions below if you are interested in registering for a 30-day evaluation or adopting the complete course.

1. Go to the WebCT Content Showcase.
   
   
2. To find all of the Glencoe published courses, select Glencoe from the Publisher drop-down list-box. You can also search by title, author, discipline, or keyword.
   
   
3. A search results page will appear which shows all e-Packs matching your criteria. From this screen click on "Adopt Now" or "30-Day Evaluation."
   
   To see a demonstration of our courses click here, then log on with the User Name demo and the Password demo. You will see a listing of courses for which demonstrations are available.

Blackboard®
PowerPoint 2002: A Professional Approach, Comprehensive will be available on Blackboard in February 2002.

PageOut®
Instructors just beginning to explore online learning environments will want to try PageOut, a simple but powerful tool for creating course Web pages. It's free with the adoption of any McGraw-Hill textbook and the purchase of Glencoe software application and concepts products.
