www.ftc.gov/bcp/bcp.htm is the Web site of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, an agency of the Federal Trade Commission. This agency is responsible for enforcing consumer protection laws and providing information to consumers in order to protect them from unfair or deceptive business practices. Links to the agency’s five divisions are listed on the home page.

www.jumpstartcoalition.org The Jumpstart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy seeks to improve the personal financial literacy of young adults. Its purpose is to evaluate the financial literacy of young adults; develop, disseminate, and encourage the use of guidelines for grades K-12; and promote the teaching of personal finance.
