This exciting new program, developed in cooperation with Education Development Center, Inc., makes algebra more accessible to more middle school students. They will spend less time reviewing topics from previous grades and more time progressing carefully and successfully toward completion of Algebra 1 by the end of Grade 8.
Content Students Need!- Informal-to-formal concept development, designed specifically for middle school students, ensures that students build necessary skills and develop conceptual understanding.

- Consistent, ongoing practice and ample review ensure that students acquire computational and symbolic manipulation skills along with the conceptual understanding of how and when to apply them.
- Connections between all strands of mathematics are emphasized throughout the program. Impact Mathematics establishes a strong foundation in number, measurement, algebra, geometry, probability, and statistics strands.
- After successful completion of this three-year middle school sequence, students are ready for geometry or the second course in an integrated high school mathematics program.
