eat a peanut butter and banna sandwich for a snack befor you go bike riding or something

Healthy Snack: kix cereal
it is a very samll ball and is has only 13 grams of fat.it is a greta nutrition for young and old kids. this cereal can be eaten any and everywhere.
Exercise: cheerleading practice
i do logdes, 2 laps, toledosw, fostorias, butterflies, toe touches, utahs, herkies, and we also do a lot more!

bannanas are vey healthy. plus when ever you are on the go just giab one because they arnt messy and throw the outside away

walking is good for u and u dont have to walk fast u can walk slow just if u do walk slow walk for a long time.i walk and jog for one mile and a hafe every day i also do other exercies

you sould eat fruits before you start doing active things because fruits are good for you and they will help keep most of you cramps away !!!!!!!

leg streches help because they will make your legs less tense when you are doing you astive sports or what ever you do theis will make your lags less tired and you will be able to run longer distances for a longer period of time!!!

Healthy Snack: Strawberry smoothies
Strawberry Smoothies are healthy for you. I think they are healthy because strawberrys as you know are a fruit and fruits are healthy. They usually dont include fat in them and they taste awesome.
Exercise: Running and Crunches
Running is good for you because it keeps you in shape.If you want to get a 6 pack or strong abs then crunches are also good. Well you should run for at least a half an hour every night and do 200-050 crunches every night if you want to get into shape.

Green Apples are healthy for you because they are healthy , good , and make your body stonger on all parts.

I run about 1 to 2 1/2 miles a day that is a good exercisefor an average teenager!I love to run but i also run to get better at it step by step and you dont even have to go fast just a good pace for you to be at!

Healthy Snack: fruit bowl
encludes grapes,apples,bannas,blueberrys,srawberrys, and pears and oranges how it is healthy is that this fruit bowl is a good snack but eeven tho it is healthy and doses have fruit you still need to limit how much you eat because fruits have shugers which cause weight too
Exercise: wrestling
i am a 14 yr old girl i am a wrestler fot fostoria middle school it is a goog sport and i getplenty of exercise from doing it but i still do exercise on my free time like run and lift weights at our pratice we run and do sprints and work on new take downs and oves thatwill help us in our dules and turnamrnts and our practices are 2 hr. long unless we have a meet or something comes up.
