To solve this you should make chart similar to the one below and put x's in the places that are not possibilities. Clue 1 lets you place an x in the Dawn/Ken slot. Clue 3 lets you place an x in the Dan/Dawn slot. Clue 4 lets you identify Carmen's husband as Charles. Therefore, you can place x's in the Eva/Charles, Dawn/Charles, Kate/Charles, Carmen/Ken, Carmen/Ernesto, and Carman/Dan slots. Looking at the diagram allows you to deter mine the relationship Dawn/Ernesto. Therefore, you can now place x's in the Ernesto/Carmen, Ernesto/Eva and Ernesto/Kate slots.
