Each group member copies the bingo card shown below.

Try to be the first to cross out all of the factors in any row, column, or diagonal. In order to cross out a factor you must first write the number of the polynomial of which it is a factor in the corner box (see below). The first group member to get a "bingo" must have his or her polynomial numbers verified by the other group members.
