It's Greek to Me

The figure below is a type of Greek square. A Greek square can be used to create a secret code. In this Greek square, dividends are written above the columns and divisors are written to the left of the rows. Each letter, then, may be replaced by a quotient. For example, the letter A is in the first column and first row. Therefore, it could be replaced in a coded message by ÷ = × = . The word code would be written / / / .
On a sheet of paper, write a secret message using the code in the Greek square. Trade papers with another group member and decipher his or her message.
