 Copy
onto cards the fractions, mixed numbers, and decimals shown below. Shuffle the
cards and place them face down in a pile.
 One
partner turns three cards face up and places them next to the pile. This partner
removes pairs of cards showing equivalent decimals and fractions or mixed numbers
and replaces the cards until no matches can be made with the three cards that
are face up.
Then each
partner selects five cards from the pile. Use the five cards in your hand and
the three beside the pile to make matches. Place all of your matching cards in
a pile off to the side. Continue in the same way, taking turns flipping over
cards to place next to the pile, until there are no more cards in the pile. Try
to make more matches than your partner.
