Pump Up the Volume

Copy onto cards the lengths, widths, and heights shown below, one per card. Shuffle the cards and divide them evenly.

Each group member places face up cards showing the length, width, and height of a rectangular prism. The group member whose cards show the prism with the greatest volume wins the round and collects all of the cards that were placed face up. Place the nine cards you win in a round aside. At the beginning of any round, you may ask another group member to trade between one and three cards with you if you cannot form a rectangular prism with the cards in your hand.

Continue in this way until all of the cards have been played. The overall winner is the group member who has won the most cards.
