It's Out of My Hand

Copy onto cards the equations shown below, one per card. Shuffle the cards and divide them evenly. Label the sections of a spinner "-2," "," "," "," "3.6," and "4.2." Each of these numbers is the solution to three of the equations on the cards.

One partner spins the spinner. If possible, each partner then removes from his or her hand one card containing an equation for which the number on the spinner is the solution. Continue in this way, taking turns at the spinner, until one partner runs out of cards. The partner who runs out of cards first is the winner.

Equations to put on cards:
	6x = 21.6
	y + 8.9 = 12.5
		4q - (-7) = 13
	z - 7 = -9
		-2.3u + 5.6 = -4.06
