times. Do you ever think about the science that allows you to work with
a computer? Do you ever think about the ways that science touches your
life each day?
Before
computers became everyday objects, many people used science to figure
out how computers would work, and then many others figured out how to
make them work. The science that lets us live in our modern, computerized
world is much older than computers and keyboarding.
In
this Science Academic Connection, you will explore different
stories about science, some of which are directly related to computers.
