Module 9: What Goes Up?
A Study of Flight and the Atmosphere
Description
In this module students will learn how animals fly and how birds
and insects have adapted to flight. Students will study the physical
principles that make flight possible and how atmospheric conditions
affect flight. Students will also examine the design and construction
of aircraft and will see how some aspects of meteorology are related
to the performance of aircraft.
