Chapter 10: Memory and Thought
"Remember This"

Introduction
Do you sometimes have trouble remembering something you just read? Even though you can't recall the facts, your brain still has the information; you are just having trouble retrieving it. Researchers are only beginning to identify where memory and thought are processed in the brain. At the Exploratorium's online exhibit of memory, you can see a sheep's brain being dissected and view the areas where it is believed short- and long-term memory reside. The exhibit also gives you the chance to play interactive memory games.
