Directions
Start at the North Carolina Division of Archives & History home page.
  • Click on History.
  • Click on Historical Overview—A Brief History of Blackbeard of Blackbeard and read the first three paragraphs.
  • Scroll to bottom of page and click Artifacts. View the artifacts and read the accompanying text.
  • Now click on Conservation. Click on and read the most recent available lab report.
