Located at the University of Washington, the Astronomical Journal provides a large database of abstracts. The materials are technical publications from the journal. The site provides links to the university's Astronomy department, which in turn leads to other resources.

The SETI Institute is a non-profit agency focused on research in searching for extraterrestrial life in the universe. The agency provides a home for research, information, and educational projects all aimed at answering one question-"Are we alone in the universe?"
